 What browsers does the toolbar function with?
Answer: Currently SPToolbar is set to work with Internet Explorer. Firefox and other browser compatability is being worked on for a future release.
Can I customize functions within the toolbar, such as logo, graphics, text?
Answer: Yes, full customization (you upload the graphic) is available with the application
How long is the free trial and what are the limitations?
Answer: The free trial is a 7 day trial. It allows you to see how the program will function and will enable you to view the toolbar, but after a period of 7 days it will expire and the program will not function, but instead prompt you to purchase. None of the toolbars created during the trial period will function after the expiration date.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Answer: As this is a software application, all sales are considered final. We do provide the demo for you to ensure the program meets your requirements.
What type of support is offered with the application?
Answer: The program has mouse over help files, along with a help section within the actual application. We also do provide email support and trouble ticket support.
